About Us

Our History

Established in November 2003, Quanta Paper Corporation started operations with 4 paper making machines and 4 converting machines using post consumer fiber as materials. With less than 50 employees, the company established its foothold in the paper making industry, offering environment-friendly paper products.

Because of the growing demand for premium grade products, Quanta started producing tissue paper using virgin pulp from man-made forest sources with Forest Stewardship Certificates and limited to a certain volume.

From the beginning, the company set itself apart from competitors by being steadfast in its commitment to protect the environment in manufacturing its products. Today, Quanta has a dynamic workforce of 1000+ with five paper making machines and more than 30 converting machines located at a 70-hectare property in Mabalacat, Pampanga.

Quanta started operations in November of 2003 with four paper making machines and four converting machines using post-consumer fiber or waste paper as raw materials to produce eco-products like bathroom tissues, paper napkins, paper towels and slitted jumbo rolls or hard rolls. We also offer premium-grade products using virgin pulp from tree farms to remain adherent to sustainability.

Today, Quanta has a dynamic workforce of 1000+ with five paper making machines and more than 15 converting machines located in the 70 hectare complex in Barangay Paralayunan, Mabalacat, Pampanga.

ISO 9001

Quanta Paper was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 in 2013 and the ISO 9001:2015 in 2018.

In compliance with ISO Standards, the company has demonstrated its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. The company has put in place a quality management system that is aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.

Halal

Quanta Paper was awarded the Halal certification in January 2017 by the Office of Muslim Affairs.

The Halal certification guarantees that products and service of Quanta meet the requirements of Islamic law and are therefore suitable for the consumption of members of the population practicing Islam.

The National Eco Labeling Programme – Green Choice Philippines is a third-party ecolabelling program that follows the guidelines set by ISO 14020 and ISO 14024. It recognizes and certifies companies that implement clean manufacturing practices and consumes environmentally preferable products.
